Sometimes we need a little push, or help. Don’t wait until Monday, do it now, call that trainer, life coach, mentor, positive friend, or date. You will be so proud of yourself after you do. Once you do this, just take one day at a time with no judgement. If you slip and fall, which we all do, just brush yourself off and keep going!! I got your back, remember that.????

MY STORY:
I started a 12 week training program 10 weeks ago, and have lost 15 pounds and feel amazing. It’s not a get skinny fast program, but a slow and steady workout and healthy meal program. And now I have people messaging me daily to find out what I did. It wasn’t just about the diet, it’s about taking care of me first. It wasn’t easy at first, but now I’m on a roll, and no one can stop me now!!????
