Happy Friends Friday!!
As I sit and meditate in front of this gorgeous sunrise this morning, I’m feeling so blessed of how much love I receive everyday. Whether it’s from my family, friends, colleagues, and all of you. I’m so fortunate to connect literally with hundreds maybe even thousands of you daily. But it’s not about the quantity, it’s about the quality of relationships. And some of you as you’re reading this, may feel so lonely and wonder how I feel so full. I can tell you that not every relationship is on a physical level. Once you have a deep relationship with yourself, you always feel full. Without getting too “woo woo” as I call it, especially on a spiritual level, you are always surrounded by amazing supportive energies from heaven. All you have to do is ask these energies to be present, what ever your belief system is, they will be there for you. It’s that simple. Once you have this knowing, there will never ever be any doubt in your mind you’re alone. So ask your friends from heaven to come play with you today. Remember it’s fun friends Friday!!
