Welcome to DeirdreAbrami.com, operated by The Healing Center, LLC dba Deirdre Abrami (“Company”). These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of this website, services, events, classes, intuitive programs, and community platforms (“Site”).

By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that:

• You take full responsibility for your participation, decisions, and actions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and services immediately.

• All payments for private sessions are 100% non-refundable once paid.
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
• Missed sessions or cancellations made under 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
• Clients have up to six (6) months from the original booking date to reschedule, with appropriate notice.
• Sessions are transferable to another person but are not refundable.

• All payments for workshops, courses, live events, memberships, and digital products are non-refundable.
• If you notify us in advance that you cannot attend a live class or event, your payment may, at our discretion, be credited toward a future program of equal value within eighteen (18) months.

• Special Guests, guest teachers, and collaborators
• Staff, contractors, moderators, or volunteers
• Any individuals offering services or teachings within The Intuition Hub™ Community

are intended for spiritual insight, empowerment, education, and personal growth only.

These services and materials are not a substitute for:

• Medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice
• Mental health, psychological, or psychiatric care
• Legal or financial advice
• Crisis intervention or emergency services

You agree to seek appropriate licensed professional support when needed and acknowledge that spiritual or intuitive services do not replace professional care.

You understand and agree that intuitive, spiritual, and energetic information is inherently subjective and interpretive. Therefore:

• No specific outcomes, results, or predictions are guaranteed.
• Messages may not make sense immediately and may become clearer over time, or not at all.

• Your participation in any session, class, course, or community is voluntary and at your own discretion.

By joining and participating in The Intuition Hub™ Community—including The Sanctuary (free tier), The Intuitives (paid tier), and any future membership levels or community spaces—you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with all members, Ambassadors, Intuitives, staff, and moderators.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or personal stories shared by others.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior.
• Refrain from providing medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice to others.
• Acknowledge that community events, group readings, and discussions do not replace professional services.

The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict any participant, at our sole discretion, for behavior that is unsafe, unethical, unprofessional, or inconsistent with these Terms.

• Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings (e.g., classes, live group readings, or community calls) due to the presence of multiple participants.

By booking or participating in any session, class, course, program, event, or community activity, you affirm that you:

• Are voluntarily choosing to participate.
• Understand that all services are spiritual and educational in nature.
• Recognize that services do not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial care.
• Accept full responsibility for your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.
• Are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that arise from the guidance you receive.

You hereby release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the following parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation:

• Certified Intuitives (certified by Deirdre Abrami)
• Future Certified Intuitives and students in training
• Certified students or practitioners associated with The Intuition Hub™
• Staff, contractors, moderators, and volunteers
• Special Guests, guest teachers, guest speakers, and collaborators

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims related to:

• Interpretation or misinterpretation of intuitive or spiritual guidance;
• Emotional, mental, or spiritual reactions to sessions or content;
• Personal, relational, financial, or life decisions you make;
• Your use of the website, community spaces, or any program.

You further agree not to pursue legal action against any of the above parties for intuitive, spiritual, or educational information received, or for results you did or did not achieve.

• No other county, state, or country shall have jurisdiction.
• You waive any right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.

• Any disputes must be resolved solely in Broward County, Florida, USA.
